What do I get with my $899? What is included in the Startup Business Launch Kit?


The Startup Business Launch Kit was created to give you a jumpstart on your business. The launch kit provides you with a fully functioning legal business entity.  You will get your own personal account manager that will take you through all of the 9 steps of our business setup process and this entire process will be completed within 14 days.  You will have access to our project management system where you will track and monitor your progress to business ownership.  Our Startup Business Launch Kit provides the basic steps needed to start a legal business. This list should not be construed as all-inclusive. Other steps may be appropriate for your specific type of business.  Starting a business involves planning, as well as making key financial decisions. Please consult with an attorney and/or an accountant as deemed necessary. The following is included in your Startup Business Launch Kit:

So, how does all of this really work?

  • Complete the form and pay $449 to get started

  • Set up FREE Avaza project management account for communication on your project

  • Answer some questions and have your business set up within 14 days

  • Make your final payment of your remaining balance within 30 days

  • Start marketing your business to the world!


Step 1:  Complete the form and submit your $449 deposit to get started. Your $449 will also be used for your overall payment.

 

Step 2:  You will receive a confirmation email the same day regarding next steps on how to access Avaza. Avaza is our project management system that we will use to communicate with you and track your project. You can watch the Avaza video showing you how to navigate this very easy, user-friendly system if you need to.

 

Step 3:  You will be assigned your own personal account manager that will complete your business setup process all within 14 days or less (including website design).  All the communication happens inside Avaza. You will be able to answer and ask questions and track progress throughout this entire process through the Avaza system.  

 

Step 4: Once everything has been completed and approved by you, you will be sent an invoice to make your final payment for your remaining balance within 14 days from the date you received your confirmation email.  After your final payment, you will have access to your website and will receive your business cards in the mail 3 days after your final payment.

 

Step 5:  You can now start marketing your business to the world! You will receive a “Next Steps” document inside Avaza with recommendations on the next steps you should take on your business ownership journey.


Once your project is complete, you will have access to all of your legal documents, log in details, logos, images, and other information all within your Avaza account. You will have unlimited lifetime access and ownership of your information and it never expires. Your website will be handed over to you and you will be able to edit/revise your website easily on your own without having to wait for someone else to do it for you. Can I view your website designs or templates in advance?


Yes, click this link to see the dozens of templates that are professionally designed by real website designers.  Our websites are automatically mobile-friendly too.  You can select any template you like and your personal account manager will make it your own with your own logo, text, images and colors. By using a ready-made template, this helps speed up the web design process and cuts down significantly on the cost; hence, we are able to pass those savings on to you.

 

After I pay my initial $199 deposit to get started, when is my final balance due?


Your $199 will be contributed to your final balance.  Your final balance will be due within 14 days that you pay your initial $199 deposit. We can split your final balance due in half but the entire balance must be paid in full within 30 days.

 

How will I be able to edit my website if I don’t have the skills of a web designer?


Easy! The website design platform that we use is an easy, user-friendly, drag and drop interface and can be used by someone who has minimal computer or design editing skills.  We have videos that will walk you through how to update the elements on your website from uploading or replacing images, changing colors, text, etc.  We also have a 24/7 customer service department and tutorials that will help you with any changes you need to make. 

 

Does my website come with a library of images and videos that I can use?


Yes! You will have access to hundreds of images and videos for free. In addition, you will also have access to super-discounted professional quality stock images for only $2.99 each through Shutterstock. Don’t forget you can also upload your own images, videos and music too.

 

Can my website be found by Google search engines?


Yes! Your website comes SEO-ready. However, we recommend that you hire a freelance SEO professional to complete this setup process for you and have them submit your website to the major search engines like Google and Bing. All of the SEO tools will be embedded inside your website which makes this process smooth and easy.  Improve your Google ranking and track your competitors' performance.  Get insights on your site traffic and how visitors behave. Even if you don’t hire a SEO professional you will have a personalized SEO plan that will walk you through this process step-by-step.

 

What happens to my $449 deposit if I don’t pay my balance within 30 days?


If your balance is not paid in full within 30 days of paying your initial deposit and you have not set up an additional 14 - day extension with your personal account manager, you will forfeit your $449 and there will be no refund of your $449.

 

How will I receive my legal documents such as my LLC, corporation or tax ID?


All of your legal documents will be uploaded to your secure Avaza account; as well as your username and passwords with instruction on how to renew your LLC or corporation filing that needs to be done on an annual basis.

 

Since the services you provide are considered the minimum to get a business legally up and running, what do you recommend as next steps in my business process?

 

The startup business launch kit was created to give you the elements you need to get your business up and running fast.  Based off of our experience in setting up businesses and the research conducted, the startup business launch kit are the elements you need to be a legal business and for your clients to take you serious as a real player in your business niche.  However, we don’t leave you without giving you a concrete plan on specific next steps.  You will be given a breakdown of the next steps inside your Avaza account.  Your personal account manager will recommend next steps that are tailored to your specific business.  Some of those recommendations might be:

  • Open a business checking account

  • Sign up for Quickbooks for Self-Employed to track spending and file business taxes

  • Apply for any legal certifications or licensures required in your state or locality such as a sales tax ID, liability or bonded insurance, contract creation, payroll software selection and much more 

  • Hire a freelance marketer or a marketing agency to manage social media ads or other marketing strategies

  • Create an email marketing campaign

  • Hire an accountant or CPA

  • Hire an attorney

  • Stay up-to-date with legal registration requirements or annual renewals


DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF THE STARTUP BUSINESS LAUNCH KIT


The following provides a more detailed breakdown of what you will receive in the Startup Business Launch Kit.  In addition, after the entire process is completed you will receive a document that will provide you with the details of your business including usernames and passwords to access legal documents, credit processing system, annual renewal instructions, etc.  It will be a “one-stop” document with everything you need in one place.

 

BUSINESS STRUCTURE REGISTRATION


As the first step, you will need to select your business structure.  We will register your business as a corporation or as a limited liability company (LLC) within the state you reside in.  The business structure you choose influences everything from day-to-day operations, to taxes, to how much of your personal assets are at risk. You should choose a business structure that gives you the right balance of legal protections and benefits. We are not attorneys and will not advise you on what business structure to choose. For more details please check out the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website for help in making your decision. 


A corporation is a legal entity created through the laws of its state of incorporation. The law treats a corporation as a legal "person" that has standing to sue and be sued, distinct from its stockholders. The legal independence of a corporation prevents shareholders from being personally liable for corporate debts. If you choose a corporation business structure, then we will file this within your state and upon approval of your business name you will receive a legal business document called articles of incorporation.


A limited liability company (LLC) is a corporate structure in the United States whereby the owners are not personally liable for the company's debts or liabilities. Limited liability companies are hybrid entities that combine the characteristics of a corporation with those of a partnership or sole proprietorship. Limited liability companies (LLCs) are a business structure that is allowed under state statutes. The regulations surrounding LLCs vary from state to state. LLC owners are generally called members.


Information we need from you to file your business structure includes:

  • Owner’s name

  • Business name

  • Business address

  • Business email

  • Business phone number

  • Registered agent name and address (if it is someone other than yourself)

  • Number and value of shares (if you’re a corporation)

 

Either business structure will require you to renew annually and the cost in the state of Georgia is $50.

FEDERAL TAX ID/EIN NUMBER SETUP


The Employer Identification Number, also known as the Federal Tax ID number is a unique nine-digit number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to business entities operating in the United States for the purposes of identification. It is used to identify the tax accounts of employers and certain others who have no employees. You may be asked for your Tax ID/EIN number when opening a business checking account or when buying products at wholesale prices through vendors. Once you receive your Tax ID/EIN number, it is for use in connection with your business activities only. Do not use your EIN in place of your social security number (SSN). These numbers are unique to the businesses to which they are assigned. The numbers never expire, and the same number set is never reissued to another business, even if the original employer goes out of business


According to the IRS, all EIN applications must disclose the name and SSN number of the true principal officer, general partner, grantor, owner or trustor. Unless the applicant is a government entity, the responsible party must be an individual (i.e., a natural person), not an entity. You can read more about this number through the IRS website.


This EIN is your permanent number and can be used immediately for most of your business needs, including:

 

  • Opening a bank account

  • Applying for business licenses

  • Purchasing from wholesale vendors

  • Filing a tax return

However, it will take up to two weeks before your EIN becomes part of the IRS's permanent records. You never have to renew your Tax ID/EIN number.

LOGO DESIGN


You can use your own logo for your business cards and website if you already have one created.  If not, we will create a basic text logo, icon logo or initial logo for you.  There are no design revisions on logos created by our team. You can only make 3 text or color changes only. If you do not like the logo designed by us, we highly recommend using a logo design company of your choice and you can send the logo to us to use on your website and business cards.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SYSTEM/ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS


Like any business, you will need a way to accept payments either online or in-person.  The payment processing company that we use to help you do this is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet. Businesses of every size—from new startups to public companies—use this software to accept payments and manage their businesses online.  Your payment processing system will be automatically connected to your bank account where you will receive money paid to you by your clients.  We will set up your account and connect it to your website and money will flow flawlessly between you and your client. No need to send manual invoices or wait for them to write you a check.  Your clients will pay you using either a debit or credit card so you can get paid immediately.


You get more than just a payment processing platform.  Whether you’re looking to bill customers on a recurring basis, set up a marketplace, or simply accept payments, do it all with a fully integrated, global platform that can support online and in-person payments.  All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. You will also be able to create customized email receipts, send refunds, run reports, setup subscription or recurring payments, send invoices and more.  You will have a complete payments platform with simple, pay-as-you-go pricing at 2.9%  + 30¢ per successful card charge. AVAZA ACCOUNT


The Avaza project management system is a 3rd party separate system and is not owned by Startup Business Launch Kit, LLC. Avaza is an extremely user-friendly project management tool that includes all of the important components in one easy-to-use interface. This is our major communication tool between you and your personal account manager.  All communications will be conducted inside Avaza.  We will be able to easily track our progress on project deliverables.   Avaza is a seamless, productive platform we will use to collaborate on your project.  We can get more done faster, with task collaboration, discussions, file sharing, activity feeds, invoicing and more.
You can count on Avaza’s friendly in-house team of experts to provide you with the speedy help and support you need at anytime, 24/7. Whether you need a quick answer via chat, prefer a phone conversation or need a demo or walkthrough, they got you covered. This excellent service is already included in your costs.


Once you submit your initial $199 payment you will receive an email prompting you to sign up for your Avaza account. The instructions will be inside the email.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of personally identifiable information (PII). We are the sole owner and user of all information collected on our website and offline.  We do not sell, give or disclose the information gathered on the website or offline to any third party beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase.  We take reasonable precautions to protect your PII. When you submit PII, such as SSN or credit card information, it is protected both online and offline.  Only employees who need the information to perform a task are granted access to PII.  When you place an order on our website we need to know your name, company name (if applicable), address, telephone number and email address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.  We use your personal information for payment and billing purposes, to update you about new products and services, to improve our services and to conduct research.    We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access.  We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.   We use a technology called "cookies" as part of a normal business procedure to track patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. A cookie is an element of data that our Website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system. You can set your browser to prevent this from happening. Any information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

 

By sending Startup Business Launch Kit any information or material, you grant us a royalty free, unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree too that we are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not disclose your name or any personally identifiable information (PII) unless we first receive your consent or are required to do so by law. 

 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

 

Our intent is to create services of exceptional value performed with reasonable skill and care.  However, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free or that any data generated, stored, transmitted or used via or in connection with the services will be complete, accurate, secure, up to date, received or delivered correctly or at all. We may have to suspend the services for repair, maintenance or improvement. If so, we will restore them as quickly as is reasonably possible.  There is no refund for a paid security deposit, services that have already been performed or for monies already paid.  Projects can be postponed, delayed and rescheduled without penalty but must be completed with 90 days.  There are no refunds for online courses unless there is a malfunction on our website caused solely by us.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES

 

If you are utilizing our subscription services, the services are subject to an initial contract period of one month and shall continue thereafter on a rolling one month contract unless and until terminated.  Either party may terminate this agreement (as regards some or all of the services) at any time for any reason by giving notice to the other one full month's written notice via email to info@startupbusinesslaunchkit.com. Any payment due remains payable. Should notice be given part way through a billing period, notice is deemed to start on the Client’s next bill due date.  Should the account be terminated by the Client, account information will be required for account security purposes. After the end of the billing period, the Client will have no further access to the account and all data may be deleted.  We may terminate this agreement (as regards some or all of the services) or suspend some or all of the services immediately on written notice if the Client breaches any term of this agreement and any payment due remains payable and, if already paid, will be non-refundable.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

All money must be paid in full before final project deliverables are given to client.  You can pay 100% upfront or set up flexible payment terms.  The original payment term is to pay $449 deposit up front and pay the remaining balance due within 30 days.  However, you can extend your remaining balance due for an additional 14 days if approved by your personal account manager.  Failure to make the agreed upon payments will result in a cancellation and no refunds will be given. There are no refunds given on deposits.  Payment of services must be made via invoice using a credit or debit card.  If any payment is not paid on time or is rejected or refused, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and we will be entitled immediately to cease or suspend services until payment has been received. We reserve the right to refer unpaid and overdue invoices to an accredited debt collector of our choosing, which may incur additional fees. Fees for additional work requested by the Client are due prior to any additional work being completed

 

ADDITIONAL COSTS

 

Please note that the Startup Business Launch Kit has all items already included in the original price.  However, keep in mind that there may be additional ongoing subscription-based fees from 3rd party vendors that are your sole responsibility either as a one-time fee or monthly fee.  

MATERIALS & IMAGES

 

All intellectual property and related material that is developed or produced during the business set up process will be the sole property of the client.  The use of the intellectual property by the client will not be restricted in any manner.  Except as otherwise noted, all trademarks, photographs and other artwork, video clips, and written materials used in this site are protected by copyright laws and are owned or licensed by Startup Business Launch Kit. You may download information from our site for your temporary, personal, non-commercial use only.  None of these items may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, posted, transmitted, broadcast or otherwise distributed in any manner without our prior written consent. 

 

INDEMNITIES

 

The client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Startup Business Launch Kit from any and all claims, demand or other liabilities, including legal fees and costs, that are brought against Startup Business Launch Kit to the extent those claims are based upon allegations that the Client infringed intellectual property rights or breached the agreement with any customer purchasing or licensing the Client's goods or services. In addition, Startup Business Launch Kit will not be held liable for any claims made by any third party due to or arising from the use of our website and/or our services or for the failure of any 3rd party vendors to perform their duties.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

Startup Business Launch Kit shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, flood or failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.

We shall make every effort to ensure any prices shown are correct at the point at which the Client places an order.  If we update the price paid by an existing Client, notice shall be provided to the email address held on record for the account no less than one full month prior to the change taking effect.  We reserve the right to withdraw the services from the Website at any time.  We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing the services from the Website or for refusing to process an order.  If we discover that the Client is not legally entitled to order certain services or articles, we shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.


Startup Business Launch Kit will not be responsible for any damages the Client’s business may suffer.  We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the services provided.  We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Startup Business Launch Kit and its employees. We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or meet the Client’s requirements.  We are not responsible for any loss or damages the Client or the Client’s business may suffer as a result of fraudulent or negligent activity carried out by any agent, person, freelancer or company working in association with or on behalf of Startup Business Launch Kit.  The Client accepts all responsibility and risk for sharing any sensitive data, including financial or payment information, with any agent, person, freelancer or company working in association with or on behalf of Startup Business Launch Kit.  

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

We shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Client when they made their initial purchase. Monthly renewal of subscription-based services will be subject to Startup Business Launch Kit then current Terms and Conditions.  Notification of changes to these Terms and Conditions will be made within the Client’s account.  We shall be entitled to alter the price of the services provided at any time. Price changes will take effect in the next billing due for subscription-based services, providing 10 business days' notice has been provided within the Client’s account. The Client may need to agree to the terms and conditions of the external supplier in order for the services to be arranged.  The Client acknowledges that in order to arrange for the provision of products and services for the Client, it may be necessary for Startup Business Launch Kit to provide a third party with the Client’s details. Startup Business Launch Kit will not be able to complete tasks that involve the installation or use of specialist software at their end, unless agreed in advance.
